For me, Mathematics is not just about dry numbers but a powerful tool to explore and better understand the world around me. This passion has led me to a wide range of application areas, from information technology to financial risk management, where I can clearly see the connection between theory and practice. Finding creative solutions to solve complex problems in STEM has always been a great motivation for me to continuously learn and develop. I believe that the intersection of Mathematics, technology and creativity is the key to unlocking great opportunities in the future.
Founder & President
Infinity Math Club

A nationwide nonprofit project to provide free mathematics resources for middle school students; attracted over 100,000 followers
I have devoted a lot of effort to founding, developing and operating the Infinity Math Club to spread the passion for Mathematics to the student community. With more than 100,000 members participating on the online platform, I have organized online and offline lessons on advanced Mathematics, especially review programs for students preparing for entrance exams to specialized math schools.

The club is not only a place for students to exchange knowledge, but also a space for them to develop logical thinking skills, problem-solving ability and teamwork. I have proactively designed training programs with quality lectures, and organized Math competitions to encourage students to participate and develop. In addition, I also ensure to maintain interaction between members through online learning platforms and social networks. Throughout this process, I have always been committed to providing a challenging and creative learning environment, aiming to inspire students' love of Mathematics and encourage them to explore and be creative in each problem.

Mathematical Modelling For Monitoring Tree Growth In School Green Initiatives In Vietnam
As a co-author of the research paper titled “Mathematical Modelling for Monitoring Tree Growth in School Green Initiatives in Vietnam,” I was actively involved in the entire research process. My role included collecting field data over 12 months, measuring tree height, diameter, and canopy cover in both urban and rural schools. This hands-on work was integral to understanding the role of mathematical models in environmental conservation. I also participated in designing and distributing surveys to evaluate the impact of the project on students and teachers. The results demonstrated a significant increase in STEM interest and conservation commitment, affirming the effectiveness of the project. Beyond technical contributions, I also played a part in drafting key sections of the paper and refining the analysis. This experience deepened my passion for applying mathematics to real-world problems, particularly in the context of environmental sustainability, and further motivated me to pursue a career where mathematics and technology intersect to create tangible social impact.

“The Application of Mathematics in Finance: Key Lessons for Students On Risk Management and Forecasting”
As a co-author of the paper “The Application of Mathematics in Finance: Key Lessons for Students on Risk Management and Forecasting”, I actively contributed to researching and analyzing mathematical applications in financial forecasting and risk management. My role involved reviewing over 20 research papers and utilizing mathematical models, including regression, probability, and statistical analysis, to predict market trends and provide insights into investment strategies. A key aspect of the research was analyzing financial crises, specifically the 2008 financial crisis in Vietnam, and examining how Value-at-Risk (VaR) models were applied by banks to assess risk exposure. This experience deepened my understanding of the intersection between mathematics and finance, allowing me to recognize the crucial role of mathematical models in real-world financial decision-making.

Presenter
Troy MathFest 2025
As a Presenter at the Troy MathFest 2025, I delivered a detailed presentation on the application of the Geometric Mean in Finance. My research focused on its importance in calculating average returns in investment portfolios and understanding compound growth. I designed the presentation to make complex financial concepts accessible, incorporating mathematical models to demonstrate real-world applications. Preparing for this presentation required extensive research and a deep understanding of finance and mathematics. The experience not only strengthened my presentation skills but also reinforced my commitment to bridging mathematical theory with practical financial solutions.
Data Analysis
Vietinbank
At Vietinbank, I had the opportunity to serve as a Data Analyst, where I collaborated with the Retail Banking Division to streamline data entry processes for new customer accounts and card issuances. I was responsible for organizing and updating records for over 50 new accounts and 30 debit card issuances, ensuring the accuracy of data across various branches. One of my key achievements was improving the consistency and accuracy of the database by removing duplicate entries and standardizing formats, which resulted in more reliable and accessible data for the team.
In addition, I was tasked with creating visual charts to track new account trends and card activations, which were included in weekly reports presented to senior management. I also assisted the Head of Department in preparing slides and reports, helping to deliver clear and concise insights during internal meetings. Through this experience, I gained valuable skills in data management, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, professional environment.

Researcher
Ernst & Young Vietnam Consulting
During my time as a researcher for the Market Entry Research Project at Ernst & Young Vietnam Consulting, I was deeply involved in conducting market research on the top 10 publicly listed companies in Vietnam. My work was focused on both financial and non-financial indicators, with an emphasis on integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and brand reputation dimensions. I also designed independent evaluation criteria to assess the market entry strategies of these companies. As part of the team, I synthesized my findings, which were crucial in formulating strategic recommendations for EY’s final market entry report. My role allowed me to further refine my analytical and research skills, gaining invaluable insight into how business and market strategies are shaped by both numerical data and qualitative factors. The experience provided a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, helping me develop a more holistic approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking. This experience not only expanded my knowledge of the business world but also nurtured my ability to work in a professional, team-oriented environment, where collaboration and attention to detail were key to the project's success.

The preventive and therapeutic effects of extracts from figs and walnuts on gallstones
For the paper titled “The preventive and therapeutic effects of extracts from figs and walnuts on gallstones,” I worked as an author and co-contributor to the research. This project was an exploration into the potential medicinal benefits of figs and walnuts, particularly their effects on the prevention and treatment of gallstones. I assisted in conducting experiments on six groups of mice, where we monitored key biochemical markers, such as cholesterol and bile acid concentrations, as well as observing the formation of gallstones. This work involved applying statistical methods like ANOVA, T-tests, and Chi-square tests to ensure the validity of our results. The analysis helped establish clear scientific evidence regarding the effects of these extracts, contributing valuable insights into natural therapies for gallstone management. My role in this research was critical in both gathering and analyzing data, which was pivotal in our findings and subsequent publication.

Honor Student
Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics
As a student recognized by the Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics (VIASM), I had the privilege to engage in the VIMONI – Vietnam IMO New Initiative training program, where I was one of only 50 students nationwide invited to participate. During this experience, I was mentored by renowned lecturers, including Mr. Nguyễn Văn Linh and Mr. Hà Hữu Cao Trình. The program offered intensive seminars focused on advanced geometric methods, which are essential for solving complex problems often encountered in national and international math Olympiad competitions. I received excellent evaluations upon completing the program, which deepened my passion for mathematics, especially in its practical applications. The experience has not only honed my problem-solving skills but also ignited a desire to further contribute to the mathematical community. This opportunity also allowed me to cultivate a deeper understanding of mathematics and its ability to bridge theory with real-world scenarios
